In San Daniele, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy, a dream transformed into reality, a passion into a profession, a fairy tale into a true story.

In the 1960s, Giuseppe Pighin's love for nature and the Tagliamento River sparked an idea. By 1970, the dream materialized, and the first smoked 'Regina di San Daniele' trout graced the market. Since those early days, we've upheld one simple rule defining our Regina Trout production philosophy: maintaining our aquatic ecosystem's environmental characteristics with fresh water, low fish density, and natural growth. Our products, celebrated in prestigious restaurants and shops, have won numerous awards for their gastronomic characteristics. Our focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability has built a strong brand and loyal customer base, reflecting our commitment to our community and the finest quality seafood and delicacies.
