Only stockfish, olive and seed oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Soft and velvety on the spoon, with a round, delicate, and creamy flavor.

BACCALÀ DELICATO - Vicenza Style: A special recipe well-known in the city of Venice and throughout Veneto. We gently blend small pieces of cod with onion, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.
